Starting a tribe could get other players to help you, but also comes with dangers such as betrayal or hate from other tribes, so it is recommended that you form tribes with trusted friends.
Be careful, as the tribe color chose sometimes indicates how good you are.

Making a Fort[]
If you could, make a base as soon as possible. This will allow your teammates to farm and be sheltered.
Leadership[]
It is also important to make your tribe appreciate your leadership and have an ordered team. Donate some minimum of resources to your teammates so that they will not think that you're egoistic. Many people make small tribes while some invite everyone in their server, regardless of level. These styles all have their own benefits and inconveniences. Small tribes eliminate the dangers of betrayal. And if the members of a tribe are all high-leveled, the enemies will fear that tribe. Having a big tribe could make more people help it, which means more power. But because of trying to invite all players, the tribal leader can't be sure who is a fellow helper and who is a traitor. Big tribes also have the benefit of having most of their people spread around the map so that they won't be alone as a leader.
Another important thing is to demonstrate being experienced and powerful so that the people of your tribe listen to your order.

Organization is essential for keeping the tribe alive. You should kick anyone that seems suspicious and keep an eye on people who start quarrels.
Inviting[]
Inviting people to the tribe is essential.
- Your friends. They should be the first to help you in the game But make sure you have positive relation with them
- A famous person, like a personality that plays Booga Booga. But be sure that it is the real person.
- People that donate alot of items to you. They might be supporting your developement
- Soybeen himself. If he ever joins the game, invite him. He is always nice to his players.
- Teammates from your other tribe. If their tribe was disbanded, they surely would like to have the tribe again.
