The Coal Shelly is, like its stone cousin, one of the weakest mobs in the game. It has 30 health and can be mined using any pickaxe (or even the rock).
Their behavior is simple. They almost never move, and mainly stay in one spot. They can spawn in most places where other shellies spawn, or by a giant shelly being killed.
